Differing property services often overlap, for example the information used during a rating appeal can be useful during a rent review negotation and we always recommend a planned approach to instructing surveyors to ensure any advice is provided at the correct time and to avoid any duplication of effort.

We have also made considerable investment in technology and training to ensure that clients affairs are handled professionally and in a timely fashion. This has involved the creation of bespoke customer services software to track the communication process to our clients.
